Bella Rae Inc. is solely owned and operated by Kellie Threinen, a native of southeastern Minnesota. Kellie has a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and is a former high school economics teacher. Kellie's real estate experience goes beyond just selling homes, she has hands on experience designing, contracting and renovating historic homes in downtown Rochester including everything from demolition to plumbing and finish work. Kellie is a member of the Southeast Minnesota Association of Realtors and is a licensed real estate broker. Kellie also serves as the treasurer for the Kutzky Park Neighborhood Association and is a member of the Imagine Kutzky Citizen's Council.
